We are looking for a Field Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring activities in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through field visits and local outreach
Conduct initial screening and interviews
Handle onboarding and documentation process
Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets
Maintain proper reporting and coordination with the operations team
Requirements:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
Good communication and convincing skills
Comfortable with field work
Recruitment experience preferred (Freshers can apply)
Immediate joiners preferred
