Field recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Source blue-collar candidates through field recruitment activities.

• Visit local markets, industrial areas, training institutes, job fairs, and placement centers to generate candidate leads.

• Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate suitability.

• Explain job roles, salary, benefits, and company policies to candidates.

• Coordinate interview schedules and document collection.

• Follow up with selected candidates until they complete onboarding.

• Build and maintain relationships with local consultants, NGOs, colleges, and referral partners.

• Maintain daily recruitment reports and candidate databases.

• Achieve assigned hiring targets within the given timeline.

• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition and Operations teams to fulfill manpower requirements.

Eligibility

• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.

• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or field operations. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.

• Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
