Field recruiter

We are looking for a Field recruiter to join our team at Ardas Homes Loadshare to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹27000 - ₹30000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns

• Coordinate with vendors, partners and internal teams

• Handle promotions, events and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities

• Collect market data and competitor insights

• Support lead generation, build brand's image and awareness

• Conduct market research, develop advertising strategies and create campaigns

• Manage your brand’s social image on channels like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube etc.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach.

• It is a Part Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
