URGENT HIRING – FIELD RECRUITER

Locations: Chennai | Coimbatore | Kochi | Bengaluru | Hyderabad

Job Role: Field Recruiter – Blue Collar Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit Delivery Boys, Riders and Bikers through field sourcing.

- Conduct field-level candidate sourcing and lead generation.

- Distribute pamphlets and conduct BTL activities.

- Visit potential sourcing locations and generate candidate leads.

- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.

- Maintain candidate details and recruitment updates.

Eligibility:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in Field Recruitment, Field Sales, Sales or similar roles preferred.

- 2-wheeler is mandatory.

- Comfortable with extensive field work and local travel.

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Graduate.

Salary & Benefits:

- ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 Fixed Salary (based on experience)

Preferred Candidates:

Candidates with experience in Field Sales, Field Recruitment, Delivery Partner Recruitment, BTL Activities, Lead Generation or Blue Collar Hiring.
