Manpower Field Officer – Manpower Sourcing & Facility Operations

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: On-field / Client Site Visits – Hyderabad

Job Description:
We are hiring a Field Officer to handle manpower sourcing and field operations for skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled manpower requirements. The candidate should have experience in sourcing, coordinating, and managing manpower for facility management, security, housekeeping, warehouse, and other operational requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Source candidates as per client manpower requirements.

• Fill open positions for skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled manpower.

• Visit field locations and client sites for manpower sourcing.

• Collect joining documents and maintain candidate records.

• Coordinate with supervisors and office team for daily manpower shortages.

• Maintain daily sourcing and field visit reports.

Manpower Categories / Designations to be Filled:

• Housekeeping Staff

• Security Guards

• Supervisors

• Loaders / Unloaders

• Picker / Packer

• Warehouse Helpers

• Facility Staff

Required Skills:

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Field sourcing and manpower coordination knowledge.

• Experience in facility management, housekeeping, security, warehouse, or staffing industry preferred.

• Basic Excel and reporting knowledge.

• Own bike and valid driving license preferred.

Qualification:

• 10th / Intermediate / Any Degree

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years in field operations, manpower sourcing, facility management, security, housekeeping, warehouse, or staffing industry preferred.
