Position: Field Recruiting Officer
Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Field Recruiting Officer to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates through field recruitment activities, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring operations. This role requires frequent travel to various locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field recruitment drives to source candidates.

• Visit job fairs, colleges, placement agencies, and client locations to identify potential candidates.

• Screen candidates and conduct preliminary interviews.

• Coordinate interview schedules with the recruitment team and hiring managers.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

• Build relationships with local communities and referral networks to generate quality candidates.

• Ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.

• Submit daily field activity and recruitment reports.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 0–1 year in recruitment, field sales, or a related role. Freshers are also welcome to apply.

• Good communication skills in English, Tamil, and Hindi.

• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, Email, and Internet usage.

• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence (Mandatory).

• Willingness to travel extensively for recruitment activities.

• Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
