Job Summary:

2Coms Consulting Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and diligent Plant Supervisor to manage manpower handling at our factory. The ideal candidate will have experience in overseeing daily operations, addressing employee grievances, and facilitating new hire processes. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Onboarding and Recruitment:

·        Handle joining formalities for new candidates.

·        Source potential candidates through external and internal referrals.

·        Maintain accurate records of onboarding processes.

·        Monitor Attendance:

·        Track and manage daily attendance of factory employees.

·        Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping.

·        Address Grievances:

·        Address and resolve day-to-day employee grievances promptly.

·        Foster a positive and supportive work environment.

·        Operational Support:

·        Assist in daily factory operations and ensure smooth workflow.

·        Support the implementation of operational procedures and policies.

·        Data Management:

·        Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

·        Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information.

Requirements:

·        Education:

·        Undergraduate/ Graduate degree in any discipline.

·        Experience:

·        Minimum of 1 year of experience in manpower handling within a factory setting.

·        Skills and Abilities:

·        Proficiency in Excel for data management and analysis.

·        Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language.

·        Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with diverse teams.

·        Additional Requirements:

·        Must have own bike and laptop.
