Job Summary:
We are looking for a Female HR Coordinator to support daily HR operations, recruitment, employee documentation, and coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Handle joining, induction, and exit formalities.
Track attendance and leave records.
Coordinate with departments for manpower requirements.
Assist in employee engagement activities.
Requirements:
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Prior HR experience preferred.
