We are looking for a Executive Assistant (EA) cum Admin to Director to join our team.
An Executive Assistant (EA) cum Admin to the Managing Director (MD) acts as the primary strategic partner, Handling all administrative work , managing the MDs schedule, correspondence, and high-level communications. They handle travel logistics, prepare reports/presentations, and act as a liaison between the MD and stakeholders. The role requires extreme confidentiality, high-level organization, and proactivity.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, ensuring seamless day to day operations.
2.Manage calendars, fix appointments, and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
3.Ensure timely completion of task while maintaining high-quality standards.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 5 to 8 years. Knowledge of strong calendar management,proficiency in creating MOMs and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
