Manage the CMD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Track action items and ensure timely follow-up with department heads.
Draft and manage business correspondence, emails, reports, and official documents.
Coordinate with sales, production, finance, HR, procurement, and export teams for smooth execution of tasks.
Maintain confidential business records, contracts, and important documents.
Screen calls and visitors while managing communication on behalf of the CMD.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
Organize business events, customer visits, and vendor meetings.
Assist in project coordination and monitor deadlines.
Handle expense reports, travel claims, and administrative documentation.
Perform additional executive and administrative responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up skills.
High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
Experience in manufacturing, export, packaging, or industrial sectors will be an added advantage.
