Job Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings and appointments.
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and follow-up reports.
Handle emails, calls and confidential correspondence.
Prepare reports, documents and PowerPoint presentations.
Coordinate travel, meetings, vendors and internal departments.
Track project deadlines and follow up with concerned teams.
Maintain confidential files and business records.
Travel across Mumbai for meetings whenever required.
Be flexible with working hours during urgent requirements.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate in Business Administration, Management, Commerce or related field.
2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Executive Coordinator.
Excellent English communication skills.
Hindi and Marathi communication will be preferred.
Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Google Workspace.
Good organizational, coordination and multitasking skills.
Professional personality with strong confidentiality and problem-solving skills.
Immediate joiners and candidates residing in Mumbai will be preferred.
