Job Title: Executive Assistant to Director
Job Summary:
Looking for a proactive and well-organized Executive Assistant to Director to provide high-level administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good computer knowledge, and the ability to handle administrative responsibilities efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and internal communication on behalf of the Director.
• Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and maintain records.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Support daily administrative activities including file management, documentation, and office coordination.
• Arrange meetings, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and business matters.
• Assist in basic operational and administrative decision-making when required.
Skills & Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, documentation tools).
• Good organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
• Professional attitude with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle administrative work independently and work under pressure.
Experience:
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
