Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to support senior management. The candidate will be responsible for handling calls, coordinating meetings, managing follow-ups, and assisting with daily administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls on behalf of management.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, send meeting invitations, and manage calendars.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Maintain meeting schedules, reminders, and minutes of meetings (MOM).
• Assist in email communication and drafting professional responses.
• Organize and maintain documents, reports, and records.
• Support management in daily operational and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure task completion and updates.
• Prepare basic reports and updates for management review.
