District head

Bharat Gramin Vikas Mission Foundation (BGVM) is looking for a responsible and motivated District Head to manage and coordinate district-level operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the district team and Block Coordinators.

• Coordinate recruitment and candidate outreach activities at the district level.

• Guide team members in achieving assigned targets.

• Monitor daily work, candidate applications, and team performance.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with team members and provide necessary guidance.

• Prepare and submit regular reports to the higher management.

• Coordinate with senior management regarding district activities and progress.

• Support both online and field-level recruitment activities.

• Ensure smooth implementation of assigned organizational activities within the district.

Skills Required: Leadership, Team Management, Recruitment, Communication Skills, and Coordination.

Candidate Profile: Candidates with good communication and leadership abilities, team-handling skills, and willingness to work in field and administrative activities are preferred.
