Purpose, Culture and Leadership - Align leadership and cultural programs with clients’ business strategy, purpose and operating model, adapting to the changing needs of their customers and building modern leadership and talent capabilities to drive efficiency and innovation. HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards - Re-imagining and digitizing the HR function, including HR strategy, HR service delivery model, HR cloud technology as well as transforming employee policies and rewards to align with business and individual objectives. Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence The Director, People Consulting, is responsible for leading strategic client engagements, growing key accounts, developing market propositions, managing large delivery teams, and driving revenue growth. The role requires a combination of consulting excellence, commercial acumen, thought leadership, and people leadership. The Director will work closely with Partners and client leadership teams to design and implement transformative workforce and organizational solutions that drive measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities 1. Client Leadership & Relationship Management Serve as a trusted advisor to CHROs, CEOs, Business Heads, and transformation leaders. Build and sustain executive-level client relationships. Lead strategic discussions on organization effectiveness, workforce transformation, talent, leadership, culture, and HR modernization. Drive client satisfaction and identify opportunities for account expansion. 2. Business Development & Market Growth Lead proposal development, solution shaping, commercial negotiations, and client pitches. Build a strong sales pipeline and contribute to People Consulting revenue growth. Develop sector-focused consulting solutions and thought leadership. Partner across EY service lines to create integrated transformation offerings. 3. Engagement Delivery Direct large-scale projects across: Organization Design & Restructuring Workforce Planning Operating Model Transformation HR Transformation Talent Management Leadership Development Performance Management Culture Transformation Change Management Job Architecture & Job Evaluation HR Analytics and Workforce Insights Ensure delivery excellence, profitability, quality, and risk management. Oversee multiple concurrent engagements and geographically distributed teams. 4. Thought Leadership & Innovation Contribute to EY intellectual property, frameworks, methodologies, and market insights. Publish industry perspectives and participate in conferences, client forums, and leadership roundtables. Embed digital, analytics, AI, and future-of-work perspectives into client solutions. 5. Team & Practice Leadership Coach and mentor Managers, Senior Managers, and consulting teams. Support hiring, capability building, and career development initiatives. Foster an inclusive, high-performance team culture. Lead internal strategic initiatives across the People Consulting practice.
