Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Collaborate with HR Business Partners to align talent acquisition strategies with overall HR goals. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance recruitment processes. Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to track performance and optimize recruitment efforts. Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top talent. Qualifications Bachelor's / Masters Degree with 5+ years
