Counsellor

We are looking for an experienced Student Visa Counsellor to join our team at Scholars Way. The role focuses on guiding students for international education, converting leads into admissions, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities (Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, etc.)

• Assess student profiles and recommend suitable courses, colleges, and countries

• Convert walk-ins, telephonic, and online inquiries into successful admissions

• Guide students on visa documentation, SOP, financial requirements, and application procedures

• Maintain regular follow-ups with students and parents

• Coordinate with partner colleges/universities for offer letters and updates

• Ensure accuracy in documentation to minimize visa refusals

• Stay updated with visa policies and immigration trends

• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets

• Maintain proper records using CRM systems

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any stream)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good understanding of visa processes and documentation

• Proven ability to convert leads and achieve targets

• Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, CRM)

• Good command of English (spoken & written)

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
