Compliance Executive / Officer

Pioneer E Solutions Private Limited is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Compliance Executive / Officer to join our HR & Compliance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing PF, ESIC, payroll-related compliance, statutory filings, employee records, and other HR compliance activities while ensuring timely and accurate adherence to applicable regulations.

Salary: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹6 LPA
Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR and statutory compliance activities.

• Handle PF, ESIC and other applicable statutory compliances.

• Ensure timely preparation and submission of statutory returns, challans, and related documentation.

• Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate statutory deductions and compliance.

• Maintain and update employee compliance records and documentation.

• Handle employee queries related to PF, ESIC, payroll deductions, and statutory benefits.

• Monitor compliance deadlines and ensure timely completion of all required activities.

• Assist with statutory audits and provide necessary records and documentation.

• Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, and external agencies whenever required.

• Stay updated on changes in labour laws, statutory regulations, and compliance requirements.

• Prepare compliance reports and maintain accurate records for internal review.

Job Requirements

• Graduate in HR, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in HR Compliance, Payroll, Statutory Compliance, or a similar role.

• Hands-on knowledge of PF, ESIC, payroll, and statutory compliance is essential.

• Good understanding of applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and follow-up skills.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.

• Candidates should be comfortable with 6 days working and working from office.
