Work Schedule Tasks involve sitting in front of a terminal for many hours during the working day. Shifts may be required for this role. Work is performed in a general office setting Job Responsibilities Follow applicable departmental Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions. Complete required trainings according to required timelines. Complete day-to-day tasks ensuring quality and productivity. Maintain project and technical documentation in an appropriate manner. Perform checks to ensure quality of work completed. Ensure timely escalation as needed. Other duties as assigned by management. Minimum Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree / Additional Job Standards Demonstrated ability to organise and communicate effectively. ♦ Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail. ♦ Ability to work well with others. ♦ Ability to deliver consistent high quality of work. ♦ Ability to use computer and departmental tools.
