Key Responsibilities:
Manage client correspondence through emails and ensure timely follow-ups and responses.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and coordination.
Prepare, maintain, and update MIS reports, trackers, and client records.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of client requirements and deliverables.
Handle routine client queries, maintain documentation, and support day-to-day business operations.
Required Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong client-handling, coordination, and organizational skills.
Good attention to detail, follow-up skills, and a professional approach.
Preferred Candidate: A proactive and well-organized graduate with strong communication skills, a client-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
