Job Overview

As a Junior Consultant, you will work closely with senior consultants and leadership teams on real-time business challenges, strategic projects, process improvement initiatives, client coordination, HR systems, and organizational development activities.

This role is ideal for MBA/BBA graduates who possess excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, professionalism, and a strong willingness to learn and grow in the consulting industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in consulting and business transformation projects

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for project execution

• Conduct business research, market analysis, and data interpretation

• Support HR consulting, organizational development, and process implementation

• Prepare reports, presentations, documentation, and business insights

• Participate in client meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategy discussions

• Help in process improvement and performance management initiatives

• Maintain professional communication with stakeholders and clients

• Support recruitment, training, and employee engagement activities when required

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• MBA (Any Specialization) preferred

• BBA / B.Com / Business Management graduates can also apply

• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome

Skills Required
