Screening: Conduct initial phone interviews to assess skills, experience, and salary expectations.
Coordination: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Database Management: Maintain and update candidate information in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM tools.
Relationship Building: Act as the first point of contact, providing a positive candidate experience and nurturing interest in roles.
Target Achievement: Meet daily/weekly targets for calls made, candidates screened, and interviews scheduled
