Bharat Gramin Vikas Mission Foundation (BGVM) is looking for a responsible and motivated District Head to manage and coordinate district-level operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the district team and Block Coordinators.
Coordinate recruitment and candidate outreach activities at the district level.
Guide team members in achieving assigned targets.
Monitor daily work, candidate applications, and team performance.
Conduct regular follow-ups with team members and provide necessary guidance.
Prepare and submit regular reports to the higher management.
Coordinate with senior management regarding district activities and progress.
Support both online and field-level recruitment activities.
Ensure smooth implementation of assigned organizational activities within the district.
Skills Required: Leadership, Team Management, Recruitment, Communication Skills, and Coordination.
Candidate Profile: Candidates with good communication and leadership abilities, team-handling skills, and willingness to work in field and administrative activities are preferred.
