As a Back Office Executive at Indian Drivers, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the driver recruitment process by collaborating with clients, engaging potential candidates, and coordinating interviews. You will be responsible for maintaining communication with candidates and ensuring they have accurate information about the job requirements and company expectations.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients to understand driver requirements and job specifications.

2. Network and engage with potential driver candidates through various channels.

3. Maintain regular communication with shortlisted candidates to keep them informed about the recruitment process.

4. Contact candidates to explain the job profile, requirements, and gather additional information as needed.

5. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring alignment of availability.

6. Provide accurate and clear information about the company, job role, and expectations to candidates.

7. Follow up with candidates to ensure their preparedness for interviews and address any queries or concerns they may have.
