We are looking for a proactive and organized Assistant Manager to support daily business operations, supervise team activities, and ensure smooth workflow across departments. Key Responsibilities
Assist the Manager in daily operational and administrative activities
Supervise and guide team members to ensure productivity and efficiency
Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally
Prepare reports, presentations, and operational updates for management
Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training activities when required
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Maintain records, documentation, and inventory as applicable
Help implement process improvements and achieve business targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
2–5 years of relevant work experience
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in team handling or supervisory roles
Knowledge of ERP/CRM software (if applicable)
