Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment (Sourcing to Joining).
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
• Manage and monitor HRMS (attendance, leave, employee data, MIS).
• Implement and drive Performance Management System (PMS).
• Draft and monitor KRA & KPI for all departments.
• Conduct performance reviews (monthly/quarterly).
• Support the increment, promotion, and appraisal process.
• Ensure HR policy compliance and employee engagement.
Key Skills:

• HR Software/HRMS knowledge
• KRA/KPI & performance review experience
