Position: Assistant HR Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the HR Manager in planning and executing HR strategies and policies

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions

• Oversee onboarding, induction, and employee lifecycle management

• Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, and statutory requirements

• Maintain and analyze HR MIS, reports, and dashboards

• Address employee relations issues and support grievance handling

• Assist in performance management and appraisal processes

• Coordinate training, engagement, and retention initiatives

• Supervise HR assistants/executives and ensure smooth HR operations

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of HR operations and recruitment

• Hands-on experience with payroll, PF, ESIC, and compliance

• Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate in HR / Business Administration or related field

• MBA / PGDM in HR preferred

Experience:

• 4–6 years of experience in HR operations or HR management

• Experience in staffing or consultancy firm preferred
