Support conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling
Promote a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture
HR Operations & Administration
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
Prepare HR documents including contracts, letters, and reports
Support payroll, benefits administration, and leave management
Performance Management & Development
Assist with performance review cycles and goal-setting processes
Support training and development initiatives
Help identify employee development needs and career paths
Policy & Compliance
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations
Assist in updating HR policies, handbooks, and procedures
Support audits and compliance reporting as required
