Job title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Role overview

We are looking for a people-focused HR Business Partner to work closely with business leaders and managers. The HRBP will connect people practices with business goals, advise on employee and workplace matters, and support a positive, productive work environment. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on HR

support.�

Key responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and align HR plans with business priorities.

Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, workplace policies, and HR procedures.

Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, talent development, and succession planning.

Coordinate performance reviews and help managers address performance concerns fairly and consistently.

Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, communication, and workplace culture.

Support organizational changes and help teams manage transitions effectively.

Review HR data and people trends to identify issues and recommend practical solutions.

Work with HR colleagues and teams such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Payroll to deliver HR programs.

Help maintain HR policies, records, and processes in line with applicable laws and company requirements.

Handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications and experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

[3–5] years of HR experience, ideally in an HR generalist or HR business partner role.

Experience advising managers and handling employee relations and performance matters.

Familiarity with recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and HR policy implementation.

Working knowledge of applicable employment laws and HR practices.

HR certification or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

Skills and competencies

Strong communication, relationship-building, and coaching skills.

Sound judgment, discretion, and conflict-resolution ability.

Good understanding of business needs and how HR practices support them.

Analytical skills and comfort using HR data to inform decisions.

Ability to manage competing priorities and work with stakeholders at different levels.

Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
