Job Title: Office Admin Executive
Location: Powai, Mumbai

Reports To: HR & Operations Manager
Role Overview:
The Office Admin Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of The Launchpad World office. This role includes handling administrative tasks, coordinating with vendors, supporting internal teams, maintaining office facilities, and assisting in HR & operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and ensure a professional work environment.
Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally.
Maintain and organize office records, files, and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies, utilities, and maintenance.
Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and payment follow-ups.
Support HR in onboarding, attendance management, and basic recruitment coordination.
Handle travel bookings, meeting arrangements, and visitor management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of records.
Assist accounts and project teams with administrative support when required.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Administration / Commerce / Business Management or related field.
1–3 years of experience as an Office Administrator / Admin Executive.
Experience in event management / exhibition industry will be an added advantage.
