Role Summary:
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing payroll administration, statutory compliance, and HR operations, along with overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management. The role requires strong expertise in payroll processing, HRMS systems, and statutory requirements, as well as hands-on experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing, verification, reconciliation, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, TDS).
Ensure timely salary disbursement, employee reimbursements, and benefits administration.
Prepare payroll MIS, analytics, and dashboards for management.
Handle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
Conduct induction, issue offer/appointment letters, and maintain employee records.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and HR policies.
Coordinate with Finance for payroll payments and resolve discrepancies.
Key Skills:
·Proven working experience as Payroll Executive / HR Generalist
·Strong knowledge of Payroll & HRMS systems
·Excellent understanding of statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Bonus)
·Good knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management
·Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
