Manage end-to-end payroll processing for staffing service employees.
Collect and verify attendance, leave records, and employee data for salary inputs.
Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
Prepare and release salary slips, bank transfer statements, and payroll MIS reports.
Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, and other applicable labor laws.
Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and Clients for employee payroll-related issues.
Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
Process full & final settlement for exited employees.
Assist in internal and external audits related to payroll and compliance.
Resolve employee queries related to salary, deductions, and statutory contributions.
Graduate in Commerce, HR, or related field.
4-6 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in staffing services / manpower outsourcing.
Knowledge of payroll software, MS Excel, and HRMS tools.
Strong understanding of statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc.).
Excellent attention to detail, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and maintain accuracy.
