Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain office documents, files, court files, records, and registers.
Organise, update, scan, print, photocopy, and properly maintain physical and digital documents.
Maintain court case files and records and ensure documents are available when required.
Handle railway, flight, bus, hotel, and other travel ticket bookings for advocates/staff.
Coordinate travel arrangements and maintain travel-related records.
Visit courts, offices, banks, government departments, or other locations whenever required.
Candidate should be comfortable riding a scooty/two-wheeler for office and court-related work.
Maintain staff attendance records and prepare/update attendance sheets.
Assist with staff work distribution and basic staff coordination.
Maintain office registers, records, stationery, and other office inventories.
Monitor office supplies and ensure timely availability of stationery and other required materials.
Perform basic staff management and administrative coordination.
Prepare and maintain records using MS Excel and MS Word.
Handle internet browsing, online searches, email, online forms, and other basic online office work.
Maintain digital folders and ensure proper naming and organisation of documents.
Coordinate with advocates, staff members, clients, vendors, and other persons as required.
Perform other administrative and office-support duties assigned by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good knowledge of computers and basic office applications.
Good working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
Good knowledge of internet browsing and online work.
Knowledge of railway and flight ticket booking is preferred.
Ability to maintain files, documents, registers, and records systematically.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Must be comfortable with outdoor/court-related work.
Valid driving licence and ability to ride a scooty/two-wheeler preferred.
Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and willing to learn.
Should be flexible with working hours, depending on office, court, travel, or urgent work requirements.

The ideal candidate should be active, reliable, organized, computer-friendly, and capable of handling multiple administrative tasks independently. The person should be comfortable managing both desk work and outdoor responsibilities.
