Job Description:
Keyvendors is looking for a responsible and organized Office Administrator to join our team at our Nirman Vihar, Delhi office. The ideal candidate should be proficient in handling administrative tasks and have strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage quotations and invoices.
- Maintain daily records and documentation.
- Handle correspondence and follow-up calls.
- Work on MS Excel and MS Word for data entry, formatting, and report generation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
- Assist in general office management and support senior staff as needed.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Ability to create and manage quotations and basic documentation.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Basic understanding of office procedures and admin work.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
