Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
Handle stationery management – maintain stock, issue tracking, and vendor coordination.
Manage vendor relationships – negotiate rates, process payments, and ensure service quality.
Supervise facility management activities such as maintenance, office repairs, and utilities.
Ensure housekeeping management for cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of the premises.
Coordinate travel management – arrange transport, accommodation, and logistics for employees.
Maintain proper material management records – inward/outward entries, stock register, and requisitions.
Handle asset management – track company assets, maintain records, and support audits.
Assist in administrative documentation, filing, and purchase order processes.
Support HR and Accounts teams in admin-related tasks as required.
