Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Admin & Facilities Manager to oversee administrative operations, facility management and vendor coordination across multiple locations in Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in retail chains or pharmacy industry, managing day-to-day admin activities, infrastructure and support services to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Administration & Operations
Manage day-to-day administrative operations across multiple locations
Handle office administration, documentation, records and compliance
Support regional teams with administrative requirements
Ensure smooth functioning of stores/offices from an admin perspective
Facilities Management
Oversee maintenance of offices, warehouses and retail outlets
Coordinate repairs, housekeeping, security and utilities
Ensure safety, hygiene and statutory facility standards are maintained
Plan and monitor facility-related budgets and expenses
Vendor & Asset Management
Identify, negotiate and manage vendors (AMC, housekeeping, security, repairs, etc.)
Monitor vendor performance and ensure service quality
Maintain inventory and tracking of company assets
Handle procurement of admin and facility-related materials
Travel & Coordination
Travel across UP locations as and when required
Coordinate with store managers, regional teams, HR and Accounts
Act as a point of contact for admin & facility issues at all locations
Compliance & Cost Control
Ensure compliance with local administrative and facility-related regulations
Control administrative costs and suggest optimization measures
Maintain proper documentation and reporting
Desired Skills
Strong knowledge of Admin & Facility operations in retail/pharmacy chains
Experience managing multiple locations
Vendor negotiation and management skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Problem-solving and multitasking skills
Willingness to travel extensively within UP
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, email)
Preferred Background
Experience in Retail Chain / Pharmacy Industry
Exposure to pan-UP or multi-city operations
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
