Admin/HR – Plant Level Responsibilities
Manpower planning as per production requirement
Recruitment of operators, helpers, staff & contract workers
Issuance of appointment letters and ID cards
Employee induction and joining documentation
Daily attendance monitoring and leave management
Overtime calculation and record maintenance
Payroll data preparation and coordination with HO
Processing Full & Final settlements
Maintaining employee personal files and records
Compliance with PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements
Maintaining statutory registers under Factory Act
Display of notices, abstracts, and holiday list
Handling employee grievances and disciplinary matters
Coordination for employee welfare facilities
Organizing safety training and awareness programs
Security and housekeeping supervision
Visitor management and gate pass control
Coordination with admin vendors and service providers
Accident reporting and maintaining accident records
Supporting internal, external, and SEDEX audits
Preparing monthly HR reports (Headcount, Attrition, Absenteeism)
