Job Title: Admin Executive / Receptionist (Female)

Location:  Industrial Shed 2A, Survey No. 144, Galaxy Hubco, Malav Talav Road, near Talwada Daheli Village, Umbergaon, Bhilad, Valsad District, PIN 396105.
Experience: 3+ years
Salary: ₹3.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Front desk reception and handling incoming calls and visitors.

• Managing couriers, office mail, and deliveries.

• Housekeeping and maintenance of guest house facilities.

• Maintaining inventory of office supplies and stationery.

• Coordination with candidates for interviews and assisting new joiners.

• Arranging lunches and refreshments for staff and guests.

• Supporting general administrative tasks and ad-hoc office requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in administration/reception.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Well-organized and detail-oriented.

• Ability to multitask and handle coordination efficiently.

• Proficient in basic MS Office applications.
