Job Title: Admin Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Executive to manage administrative operations across 20+ stores/branches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination of supplies, vendor management, and overall administrative efficiency across all locations. This role requires strong multitasking ability, attention to detail, and the capability to handle multiple stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor administrative requirements for 20+ stores/branches
Oversee procurement and inventory of office and store supplies, ensuring timely availability and cost control
Handle vendor identification, negotiation, and relationship management to ensure quality service and cost efficiency
Process and track bills, invoices, and payments, ensuring accuracy and timely closure
Coordinate with internal teams and Branch managers for daily administrative needs
Maintain proper documentation and records for all administrative activities
Ensure all branches maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning work environment
Liaise with service providers, landlords, and facility teams for maintenance and operational support
Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve administrative processes
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2–4 years of experience in administration, preferably handling multiple locations or branches
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing administration for retail chains, multi-branch operations, or startups
Exposure to vendor management and procurement processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
