Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Administration
Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Handle inward/outward correspondence and courier management.
Maintain records, files, and documentation (physical & digital).
2. Facility Management
Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff.
Coordinate repairs and maintenance of office equipment and infrastructure.
Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards.
3. Vendor & Asset Management
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and services.
Maintain asset register and track company property.
Negotiate service agreements and ensure timely payments.
4. Travel & Logistics
Arrange travel bookings (tickets, hotels, transport) for employees.
Manage vehicle allocation and driver coordination (if applicable).
5. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure statutory compliance related to office administration.
Maintain contracts, agreements, and renewal records.
Assist management in audits and inspections.
6. Support to Management
Provide administrative support to senior management.
Prepare reports, MIS, and expense statements as required.
Coordinate meetings, events, and internal communications.
2–5 years of experience in administrative or facility management role.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
