Key Responsibilities:
•Manage daily administrative tasks, calendars, meetings, and correspondence
•Handle calls, emails, couriers, and front desk activities
•Maintain office files, records, and inventory
•Support marketing campaigns and coordinate activities
•Assist with basic digital marketing (CRM, email, social media)
•Prepare reports, track KPIs, and maintain marketing data
•Handle petty cash, invoices, and basic accounts tasks
•Coordinate travel, events, and vendor activities
•Ensure smooth office operations and brand consistency
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree (Commerce preferred)
•0–2 years of experience in admin/coordination roles
•Good communication and organizational skills
•Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
