Position Overview
Sunbeam Ventures is looking for a responsible and organized Admin Executive to handle daily administrative operations, coordination, documentation, and office management activities. The candidate should be proactive, disciplined, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office administration and coordination.
Maintain records, documents, invoices, and company files.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, distributors, and clients.
Handle emails, calls, courier management, and office communication.
Prepare reports, data sheets, and MIS as required by management.
Support inventory and order coordination activities.
Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and maintain calendars.
Ensure proper office discipline and smooth workflow.
Assist management in operational and backend activities.
Maintain confidentiality of company data and business information.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and basic computer operations.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
Professional attitude and strong organisational skills.
Prior experience in administration or backend operations will be preferred.
Preferred Skills
Email drafting and documentation skills.
Coordination with sales and operations teams.
Basic understanding of inventory and billing processes.
Knowledge of FMCG, Pharma, or Derma industry will be an advantage.
