We are looking for a proactive and organized Administration Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations and provide operational support across departments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong command of English (both written and verbal), and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day administrative and office operations.
Maintain records, files, and documentation.
Prepare reports, trackers, and MIS using Microsoft Excel.
Draft professional emails, letters, and official correspondence.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor follow-ups.
Schedule meetings and maintain administrative calendars.
Assist management with data compilation, documentation, and other administrative tasks.
Ensure smooth functioning of office operations and maintain organized records.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Administration or Office Operations.
