We are looking for an Admin Assistant to join our team Seven Healer Consultancy Pvt Ltd to manage the Back end administration, Payroll, recruitment, accounting and record keeping. The position offers an monthly in-hand salary and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage the back end operations, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors.

Handle client inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and ensure timely communication.

Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.

Maintain and update records using Microsoft Excel, including client data, attendance, and billing information.

Support basic accounts management tasks, including invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office workflow and resolve operational issues.

Demonstrate strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced coworking environment.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation and one to five years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must.
