Key Responsibilities:
Handle petty cash and maintain proper expense records.
Manage office vendors (stationery, pantry, maintenance, etc.).
Take care of office floor management and daily operations.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and assets.
Supervise housekeeping staff and cleanliness of the office.
Handle bills, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
Maintain records of purchases and expenses.
Coordinate with management for admin-related requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate / 12th Pass (Preferred).
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Honest, responsible, and well-organized.
