We are looking for a Admin Executive to join our team at SARVAJITH INFOTECH to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹13,000 - ₹20,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Key ResponsibilitiesConsultancy & Recruitment Support:
Schedule client meetings and candidate interviews, post job openings, and maintain up-to-date applicant tracking databases.
Candidate Onboarding: Guide new hires or placed candidates through the onboarding paperwork, background verification processes, and induction programs.
Office Administration: Manage day-to-day office operations, including vendor management, facility maintenance, and procurement of office supplies.
Data Management & Documentation: Maintain accurate employee records, client contracts, and performance reports while ensuring strict data confidentiality.
Payroll & Compliance: Assist in compiling attendance and leave records for accurate payroll processing and statutory compliance filings.
General Assistance: Act as the first point of contact for client queries, employee grievances, and general office correspondence
Generate invoice and payment follow up with client
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 2 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
