We are looking for looking for a responsible and organized Admin Manager to handle daily administrative and office operations. The candidate will support smooth functioning of the institute and coordinate with staff, students, and parents.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative and office work
Handle student & parent inquiries (walk-in, phone, WhatsApp)
Maintain student records, attendance, and files
Coordinate with faculty and support staff
Manage fee records, follow-ups, and basic billing coordination
Oversee front desk operations and class schedules
Ensure discipline, cleanliness, and smooth daily operations
Assist management in planning and reporting
