We are looking for a Admin Executive to join our team at MK Fabricare to manage the Staffs and Billing and Invoice process, GST filing, Attendance, Salary calculation, Accounting, Book Keeping and Record Management for the organization. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹13000 - ₹25000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Staff Attendance and Grooming.
MIS report prepare and Submit.
Reconciliation of Daily Collection vs Booking.
Maintening of Expenses Tracker.
Maintenance of Production Tracker.
Coordinate with Retail Outlet Manger for Bookings and Collection.
Conduct Regular Outlet Audit.
Training the newly joined staffs.
Proper Maintaining of process at factory.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 6+ years of experience. Knowledge of MS Excell and People Management.
