Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and motivated individual to handle administrative and facility management activities. The role involves managing day-to-day operations including transport, housekeeping, security, and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage administrative functions such as housekeeping, security, transport, and cafeteria services
Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely service delivery
Monitor service quality and maintain operational standards
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
Support audit and compliance-related activities
Handle employee communication related to facility services
Requirements:
Basic experience in admin/facility management is preferred
Ability to work in rotational shifts (morning & night)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Team-oriented with a willingness to work on the ground
Candidates from BPO/service industry background will be an advantage
Experience in handling 24x7 operations is preferred
