We are looking for a proactive & Well-organized Admin Executive to join our team La Fabuloso, who can handle calling, inquiries, coordination, and daily administrative work efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming & outgoing calls related to inquiries, follow-ups, and confirmations
Respond to customer inquiries politely and professionally
Maintain call records, inquiry data, and daily reports
Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling, bookings, and updates
Manage WhatsApp messages, emails, and basic office communication
Assist in billing, entries, and basic documentation
Follow up with potential clients to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
Support day-to-day office administration tasks
